The Long Rail Ultra is SunMount's heaviest-duty purlin-mounted rail. Its increased cross-section and wall thickness deliver higher bending stiffness, enabling wider purlin spacings without additional support. The system is certified for wind speeds up to 200 km/h and is ideal for large-span industrial sheds and coastal environments where load-to-weight ratio is critical.

Long Rail Light

Economical purlin-mounted rail for landscape orientation — fewer penetrations, faster installation.

The Long Rail Light is a lighter, more economical variant of the purlin-mounted system, optimised for landscape-orientation panels. Its reduced material cross-section keeps project costs lower while still delivering far fewer roof penetrations than Mini or Mono Rail installations. Compatible with existing self-drilling screw holes on asbestos sheets, making retrofits simple.
